Two hapless losers, Buddy (Lance Barber, HBO's series "The Comeback") and Earl (Billie Worley, "Early Edition"), who live in a junk yard in the meat-packing town of Butcher's Mill, Illinois, cook up a plan to kidnap their local U.S. Congressman (Chevy Chase) for ransom.
